Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receiving your order.

Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery are not eligible for returns.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Customized or personalized products.

Sale or discounted items (unless defective).

3. Return Process

Provide your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos if the product is defective or damaged.

Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the product.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

For defective or wrong items, Baba ki Rani will cover the return shipping charges.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit or the original payment method once the returned product is inspected and approved.

Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed after we receive the returned item.


6. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us to confirm availability.

Exchanges are subject to the same conditions as returns.
